Our story…

DipNation is a family run company that was set up by Jeremy & Juliet Williams and Juliet’s brother Patrick Gilmour. Since its conception in June 2009 DipNation has been tempting the taste buds of the nation with its range of mouth-watering dips.
Inspired by the variety of dips available overseas and bored at the lack of choice in the UK the Chunky Dip range was created. Made from an imaginative mix of the highest quality, great tasting, bite-sized ingredients they became an instant hit. These tantalising flavours were complimented by a range of middle-eastern inspired Classic Dips launched in April 2010

FILO PARCELS WITH RICOTTA, SPINACH & FETA
Ingredients
- 6 large sheets of filo pastry, unrolled
- 250g tub of ricotta cheese
- 2 tubs of DipNation's Spinach & Feta chunky dip
- 50g butter
Method
Pre heat oven to 200 C/Gas 6.
Mix the ricotta with the tubs of DipNation's Spinach & Feta. Melt the butter and brush one of the pastry rectangles with it, cover with another and brush again. Put 1 tablespoon of the filling in a corner and fold, fold into a triangle, then fold twice more. Brush again. Repeat to make 11-15. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
