Simply Perfect Roasted Red Pepper Pasta
(Serves 2)

Ingredients
- 200g pasta
- 1 tub of DipNation Roasted Red Pepper Dip
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 smoked chicken breast, chopped
- 30g rocket leaves
Method
Boil for the pasta in salted water. When it is tender drain.
Add the tub of DipNation, the olive oil and the chicken and stir until the pasta is coated evenly. Ensure it is heated through. Add the rocket leaves and give a quick stir before serving.
