Sun Dried Tomato Bruschetta

Ingredients
- 1 stick of French bread
- Olive oil
- Garlic clove, peeled
- 1 tub of DipNation’s Sun Dried Tomato
- Fresh basil to garnish
Method
To make brushetta simply cut thick slices of French bread on the diagonal. Fry them in olive until crisp on both sides. Drain well on absorbent paper before rubbing with the clove of garlic. The toast should be crisp on the outside but still soft on the middle. Top with the DipNation Sun Dried Tomato and garnish with a basil leaf.
