DipNation is a family run company that was set up by Jeremy & Juliet Williams, and Juliet’s brother Patrick Gilmour. Inspired by the variety of dips available overseas and bored at the lack of choice in the UK Jeremy and Juliet decided to fill a niche. Launched in June 2009 Chunky Dips were a new proposition to the UK market. They introduced a unique and imaginative mix of ingredients which proved to be an instant hit. Created with home entertaining in mind they are perfect for bbq’s, dinner parties, picnics and buffets. Although most often consumed smothered on a corn chip or cracker they are so much more than just a dip and can be used in a variety of ways to enhance meals.
The Chunky Dips were complimented by a range of Classic Dips that were launched in April 2010. These dips recreate authentic middle-eastern recipes that are fresh and flavoursome and full of natural goodness.
DipNation’s dips are supplied to farm shops, delicatessens, garden centres and food halls nationwide. All dips are made in batches by Patrick at the DipNation kitchen, which is located near Lundin Links in Fife.
